In the studio this morning listening to the wind I finally finished the purple monster. The scarf that nearly wasn’t. I’m blocking it and can hardly wait to wear it. Also working on a vessel. ripped and sewn fabrics and now trying to figure how to stiffen it.

i was intrigued too. now i’m stalled. waiting. the chess set is not quilted. sewn and stuffed with rice but the queens and rooks and bishops are all too tall and they fall too easily. i’m rethinking the whole thing.
