it doesn’t take much to do. look at the situation and have your fit, rend your garments and pull your hair and then turn it all upside down, sideways and backwards then jiggle it a little like an etch a sketch until it looks like you want it to, or at least so it doesn’t make you want to scream.
you can do this with anything that is not pleasing to you, say like, having to go to work which i really didn’t want to do today but here i am making myself a cup of tea, reading and about to eat some flourless chocolate walnut cookies.

Yes! And it's an on-going practice, isn't it? Oh, and the eating of cookies takes a LOT of practice too…
